Below, you'll find important information about this Site, including our copyright on its content and the terms that apply to your use of the Site, whether you're a visitor or a registered member of the PROJECTTACK community. If you wish to order manufacturing or consulting services (the "Services") from PROJECTTACK, you will create an account and agree to the Customer Service Agreement, available at www.projecttack.com/service-agreement (the “Services Agreement”). The terms and conditions outlined in the Services Agreement will govern the provision of these Services. By using this Site and any associated services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the applicable Privacy Policy, including its transfer for storage, processing, and use by PROJECTTACK and its affiliates. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Services Agreement, the terms of the Services Agreement will be controlled.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Use on this Site and update the date to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Use, as modified.

You may not use any PROJECTTACK Marks without the consent of PROJECTTACK. Also, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any PROJECTTACK Marks or the intellectual property of any third party.

You are permitted to view and use this website and its content solely to gather information about the companies, solutions, services, industries, or news featured on this site. Except as expressly stated here, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, display, publish, sell, license, transfer, create derivative works from, perform, distribute, or otherwise provide any content from this website to any information service or third party by any means, method, or process — whether existing or developed in the future.

In the event a Submission is posted or used via the Service, you acknowledge and agree that the Submission and its contents become publicly available and, as set forth below, can be used by others. We reserve the right to deny access to the Site or any features of the Site to anyone who violates these Community Rules or who, in our sole judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy our Site or infringes the rights of others.

D. Availability of Site and Content. PROJECTTACK may immediately suspend or terminate the availability of the Site and Content (and any elements and features of them) for any reason, in PROJECTTACK’s sole discretion, and without advance notice or liability.

E. Reservation of All Rights Not Granted as to Content and Site. These Terms of Use include only narrow, limited grants of rights to Content and to use and access the Site. No right or license may be construed, under any legal theory, by implication, estoppel, industry custom, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by PROJECTTACK and its licensors and other third parties. Any unauthorized use of any Content or the Site for any purpose is prohibited.

F. Our Right to Use User Generated Content. When you submit or post any User Generated Content, you grant us, and anyone authorized by us, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and/or publicly perform or display such User Generated Content), in whole or in part, in any manner or medium (whether now known or hereafter developed), for any purpose that we choose. The foregoing grant includes the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such User Generated Content, including, but not limited to, rights under copyright, trademark or patent laws that exist in any relevant jurisdiction. Also, in connection with the exercise of these rights, you grant us, and anyone authorized by us, the right to identify you as the author of any of your User Generated Content by name, e-mail address or screen name, as we deem appropriate. PROJECTTACK has no obligation of any kind with respect to such User Generated Content and is free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any portion of the User Generated Content, including any ideas or information contained in the User Generated Content for any purpose whatsoever. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Site, including content submitted by you including the User Generated Content, may involve transmissions over various networks, and may involve changes to the content to conform and adapt it to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You will not receive any compensation of any kind for the use of any materials submitted by you including, without limitation, any User Generated Content.


9. Linking and Third-Party Content

The Site may include links to third-party websites that are not operated or controlled by us. These links may be provided by PROJECTTACK or users for your convenience; however, PROJECTTACK does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content on any linked site or links within those sites. Additionally, the Site may feature news, advertisements, content, and information from various third-party providers. Your use of such third-party content may be subject to their specific terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for safeguarding yourself, your device, and your systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other harmful content.


10. Additional Terms and Conditions

Additional terms and conditions, such as the Services Agreement, may apply to certain sections of the Site or specific features, and you agree to comply with those terms and conditions.


11. Laws and Regulations

You agree to follow all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations related to: (i) your use of the Site and its content, and (ii) the sharing and retrieval of information from the Site. We reserve the right to report any misconduct we become aware of and may disclose information from the Site to relevant government authorities without liability to us.
